If you have a monthly plan, you can cancel your subscription directly from within your Viral Launch account. You can do this from the Billing page under the Subscriptions option. However, if you have an annual plan (or don't see the option you are looking for under Billing), please contact our Customer Experience Team at [email protected] to make any changes to your subscription.
Canceling Your Subscription
Open your menu and go Home.
Go to Billing
Under Subscriptions, click the ellipsis
Cancel Subscription
If you wish to continue with your cancellation, select your reason and enter CANCEL (case-sensitive) to complete the cancellation:
