As you are using tools that utilize your Amazon storefront connection you may notice a dropdown menu that includes a filter for "inactive" products.

This filter allows you to view products that are not listed as active in your Amazon seller central account.

Please note in order to connect any information related to your product catalog in seller central to our system the products need to be listed as active. If there are inactive products in your catalog prior to you linking your seller central account with your Viral Launch account those products may not appear in this list. If you would like to view these products in your Viral Launch account please temporarily mark them as active so they can be recognized.

Any active products that were synced to your Viral Launch account can also be recognized as inactive if that change is made after linking your seller central account to your Viral Launch account.
